The Modernist Podcast is a monthly platform for academics to share their research with the wider community. It is informal, scholarly, fun, thought provoking and fresh. Their aim is to bring critical discussion beyond the bindings of the journal and out from within the walls of the conference, into the airwaves and across digital media.

Episode 4 of the podcast focused on Queer Modernism. The featured panelists all spoke at the inaugural Queer Modernism(s) conference, and it is a great chance to hear about their research in depth. You can listen online here. The episode includes a wide ranging discussion, covering topics such as sexuality and space, Joyce, dance, Wilde, nationalism, Beckett, cosmopolitanism, H.D. and queer history.
